You do realise, that My strat isn't to get the choppers. its to simply keep the choppers down. Because once you have all three flags in a nice bunch, and the AA's mounted. The chopper wont last to long. and while we keep the chopper down. they have one flag and are on the mega bleed.

This is why I'm commander

You do relise, there are our own tanks as well as TOW's. And our own INF division of AT.

nah choppers are still better becuase of our skill we would take donw all aa's in and 15secs

Without committing to a clear plan of action, even the most focused and driven people often hesitate to call their peers on actions and behaviors that seem counterproductive to the good of the team.


Inattention to Results

Failure to hold one another accountable creates an environment where the fifth dysfunction can thrive. Inattention to results occurs when team members put their individual needs (such as ego, career development, or recognition) or even the needs of their divisions above the collective goals of the team.
