A) because its in public view and
B) because he evaded the censoring system
C) because i'm sure there was something about swearing on the forums rules and reg's.

Wow dude, seriously.
They are not going to sue you for having swearing on the forums.
Who really gives a rats ass anyways, there's no way they could enforce it. There would be thousands of these forums and i doubt they could or even bother to moderate em all.

By the way this theme sucks, its too hard to tell if the forums have new posts, its like a tiny difference.

IMPROVEMENTS!
as you should be able to see i have done a major overhaul of the theme. this is entirely CUSTOM!
I am however thinking of changeing the backgroud as it does not fit in my screen atleast as its in 1600x resolutions.

I've asked GN. what will happen with the new site and she thinks Phoenix may redo the site. and it will save a lot of time if he uses these.

Fixed:
Resolution of the background image. It also loads much faster.
It's still not all the the screen for a 1024x728 resolution monitor. Not sure about people with larger screens, but it would be too much red if it all was in the screen

Oh and, its a **** background for tileing... u need a tileable one...
in laymans terms, it doesnt flow. u should choose something for a huge monitor... like 1650x1050...
or bigger... but thats my res xD
